Missing on the Road

Road riding hasn't had much of a chance to creep into my life as of late. It used to be my lunchtime activity of choice, but the clutter of things to do has since nearly made the practice extinct.

I would ride with one or three other riders and depending on the route, could result in a great view of Lake Michigan atop a dune. Of course, then we would have to drag ourselves back onto our bikes and grimace back to work. Round trip, 20 miles.

Hopefully, I will be able to do more as the summer bakes on... so far this year I've banked no more than 10 road miles. 10!
