Just an FYI for those interested... I've used tracking software to graph out dietary progress off and on (last year was off and I couldn't drop a pound all year). But while parooosing through the MMBA website, the suggestion of fitday came to light. Well I'm trying it and is pretty good at doing a lot of the tracking for you... calories, nutrition, activities... with very little effort. Especially after you get most of your foods listed in the "recent" and "custom" selections. The only thing I've found lacking so far is body fat %-age... which I track separately and with a special scale at home. Other than that... easy. And best of all, it is free! There is a PC version of the software as well for $20. A good bargin as it is more complete and works without an internet connection.
Also note, I received a note from the makers of FitDay that fat% tracking is coming as well as a widget display similar to my * vital stats * column to the right. Great stuff!!
