Well, I just got word the other day from HydraPak that they are sending me a new bite valve. Apparently the USPS has lost my little padded manila envelope and HydraPak never received it. A few e-mails to HydraPak questioning the status of my warranty valve revealed the lost package. After giving them the details of when I shipped the valve out, the determined it was a long enough period to consider it lost... so they were planning to send me a replacement.
I have yet to receive the valve... but I'll let them have a few days before I put in another installment regarding their review.
On another front, I tested the reservoir for leaks and found none. Hmmm...
